This monovarietal type of picual, has a first soft and smooth contact to the mouth, a balanced bitter and spicy taste, very pleasant with a complex bouquet of almond, artichoke, leaf and above all tomato plant.

This Hojiblanca monovarietal oil, has a smooth and clean first contact in the mouth, a very marked bitter and spicy later taste with a pleasant persistence in the mouth.

As it most remarkable property, it must be emphasized the chilly taste, typical of the Hojiblanca variety, which arises intensely after the testing.

Very complex on the nose, with an intense aroma of white flowers, grass, green banana peel and a certain aroma of green apple. Complex, intense and broad.

This Royal monovarietal is clean and fluid but intense entrance. It is much more in the mouth the exuberance and the exotic of its floral nuances although in the final part are marked with elegance the bitter and a certain very nice spicy with a slight persistence.
